Lauyans EPS has designed and developed tote lidding machines used in distribution centers. These machines automatically place a shipping lid on top of a tote that has been through the picking process, and is destined for the shipping area. Many times the next piece of downstream equipment is a bander that applies a strap around the filled and lidded tote.
Lauyans EPS can supply the conveyors required to stage stacks of lids and convey totes through the lidding machine. As an option the unit can be designed around customer-supplied conveyors.
